- Freelancer Visa Processing: End-to-end management of freelance permit and residence visa applications including document preparation, government submission, and status tracking
- Family Visa Sponsorship: Assistance with family residence visa applications, including spouse and children sponsorship requirements
- Business Setup Solutions: Complete company formation services including trade license acquisition, local sponsor arrangements, and corporate bank account facilitation
- Document Legalization: Professional attestation, notarization, translation, and authentication services for all required documents
- Government Liaison (PRO) Services: Handling of all government relations, paperwork submissions, and follow-ups with relevant UAE authorities
- Residency Support Services: Comprehensive assistance with Emirates ID registration, medical testing, biometrics collection, and visa stamping
1.2 Service Limitations
While we provide expert facilitation services, important limitations apply:
- We are not a government entity and do not have authority over visa approval decisions
- Final approval of all visa applications rests solely with UAE immigration authorities
- Processing times are estimates only and subject to government processing schedules
- Service availability may vary based on current UAE regulations and policies
- We cannot guarantee specific outcomes or approval timelines
Important Notice: Our role is strictly advisory and facilitative. We assist with document preparation and submission but cannot influence the final decision of UAE authorities. Approval of any visa application is at the sole discretion of the UAE government.
2. Client Responsibilities
2.1 Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for our services, you must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Be at least 21 years of age (for primary applicants)
- Possess a valid passport with minimum 6-month validity from intended date of entry
- Meet the UAE’s financial requirements for your selected visa category
- Have no prior immigration violations or bans in the UAE
- Provide complete, accurate, and truthful information in all applications
- Comply with all UAE laws and regulations throughout the process
2.2 Document Requirements
You are responsible for providing the following documents in the required formats:
- Passport Copies: Clear, color scans of all pages (including blank pages) of your valid passport
- Photographs: Recent passport-sized photographs with white background (as per UAE specifications)

Fraud Warning: Providing false information, forged documents, or misrepresenting facts will result in immediate termination of services without refund. Such actions may lead to legal consequences including but not limited to visa bans, fines, or criminal prosecution under UAE law. You bear sole responsibility for the authenticity of all submitted materials.
3. Fees & Payment Terms
3.1 Fee Structure

Refund Policy: Service fees are non-refundable after work commences. Government fees may be refundable if the application is rejected by authorities, subject to government policies. Documentation fees are non-refundable once services are rendered.
4. Processing Timeline
4.1 Standard Processing
Typical processing times for our services:
- Freelance Permit: 5-7 working days after complete document submission
- Residence Visa: 7-10 working days after medical and biometric completion
- Family Visas: 10-14 working days after complete submission
- Company Formation: 7-15 working days depending on license type
